Cottier hall landing window
The repair and reproduction of sections of a set of stained glass windows with many broken and missing glass. Rubbings were made so to make the repairs and reproductions in situ rather than remove the whole window and work in the workshop (which in some ways would have made it easier for us, but it is a more involved/expensive process). The repairs of the window were followed by journalist Dani Garavelli for an article on stained glass and our studio in the Herald Magazine. The window has no signature or records of who made, but it is in a Daniel Cottier style or possible J & W. Guthrie who took over much of Cottiers later work.
